John J. Murray Jr. is a seasoned conflict resolution expert with an LL.M from Pepperdine’s top-ranked program.
He began his career as a U.S. Army JAG Corps attorney before transitioning to private practice. Later, he served as a law professor, dean, and author of both Christian and legal publications. Through decades of experience across these fields, he saw firsthand how deeply conflict affects individuals and organizations. Motivated by this insight and a passion for helping others, he began speaking publicly to share practical strategies for navigating conflict. Today, his presentations empower organizations to move forward with purpose, support their people, and thrive—even in challenging times.
